Situated on the west side of San José, our firm collaborated with the Office of Economic Development & Cultural Affairs to strengthen the Winchester Boulevard Business District. We developed and executed an effective outreach strategy, guided the formation of a board of directors, and facilitated the filing for non-profit status, enabling the organization to build capacity and sustainability.

Additionally, we implemented a comprehensive marketing plan and cultivated relationships with new partners, creating opportunities to further the district’s growth and impact. Our efforts ensured a strong foundation for the business district’s continued success and community integration.
