Located in a vibrant Eastside neighborhood, the Tully Road - Eastridge Business District has introduced a dynamic clean and safe program alongside community activation and events. In partnership with the Office of Economic Development & Cultural Affairs, our firm played a pivotal role in strengthening the district's organizational framework.

We developed a comprehensive outreach strategy, guided the establishment of a board of directors, and facilitated the filing for non-profit status to increase the organization’s capacity. Our team also implemented a targeted marketing plan and fostered strategic partnerships to unlock new opportunities.

As part of this work, we successfully facilitated the formation process for a Business Improvement District (BID), which officially launched in January 2025, providing a sustainable foundation for ongoing district enhancements and community engagement.
