In partnership with the Office of Economic and Community Development, our firm is leading the effort to revitalize Grand Avenue in downtown South San Francisco through the formation of a Property and Business Improvement District (PBID). We have spearheaded community engagement efforts, conducting surveys and workshops to gather input and ensure the priorities of local stakeholders are reflected in the development strategy.
Working alongside KLI, we crafted and implemented a tailored PBID strategy focused on enhancing the district’s vitality. Key priorities for the project include identifying sustainable funding sources, leveraging capital for impactful improvements, and selecting activation and beautification projects that will elevate the community’s economic and aesthetic appeal. This initiative aims to foster long-term growth and revitalization in South San Francisco’s downtown district.
