Community Strong Strategies (CSS) is working closely with Supervisor Rich Desmond and Sacramento County’s Economic Development Department on a multi-organizational project, which includes five PBIDs and/or Chambers of Commerce, to build the capacity of the County’s business corridors.

By working together with staff, board members, business leaders, and community stakeholders, CSS is assisting each organization to reach their objectives through tailored strategic plans designed for goal achievement. This initiative underscores the value of impartial facilitation, coordination and collaboration in unlocking organizational potential.
