Key Focus: CSS collaborates on workforce development in Rancho Cordova for 2024

Partners: City of Rancho Cordova, Rancho Cordova Area Chamber of Commerce 

In collaboration with the Rancho Cordova Area Chamber of Commerce (RCCC) and the City of Rancho Cordova, CSS is leading the first Rancho Cordova Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) employer collab. Based on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s TPM modules, employers serve on the collab to share their similar pain points as it relates to their current employee skill needs.

With a focus on collaboration, the project involves a diverse array of stakeholders, including public and private partners, educational institutions, and key advisors. Our aim is to ensure alignment with existing efforts while delivering comprehensive solutions to meet Rancho Cordova's workforce needs effectively. The program also addresses other key challenges facing employees, such as childcare and transportation.
