The manufacturing hub of San José, this southern gateway to downtown is home to 1,500 businesses. Working with the Office of Economic Development & Cultural Affairs, our firm devised an outreach strategy, developed the board of directors, filed for non-profit status and increased capacity for the organization. Implemented marketing plan and developed rapport with additional partners to leverage opportunities. Facilitated Business Improvement District formation process that launched January 2025.
