CSS has partnered with the Office of Economic Development & Strategic Initiatives on a one-year project aimed at revitalizing Main Street and downtown Milpitas, launched on September 24. Our firm played a key role in developing an outreach strategy, forming the board of directors, creating a marketing plan, filing for non-profit status, and expanding the organization’s capacity to support long-term growth.

A central goal of this initiative is to leverage resources and secure additional funding to support activation and beautification efforts throughout the area. By strengthening the organizational foundation and fostering community engagement, we are helping to lay the groundwork for a vibrant, thriving downtown Milpitas.
