Key Focus: Assess and align the district’s governance, programs, and finances with its mission, while developing a strategic 5-year Action Plan to drive economic growth, enhance community engagement, and improve district vitality.

This 4-month project, in partnership with the Old Town La Verne Business Improvement District (OTLVBID) and the City of La Verne, focuses on evaluating the district’s governance, programs, finances, and community vision to ensure they align with the mission of supporting small businesses and fostering community engagement.

Our team is conducting a competitive analysis, assessing financial health, and reviewing current programs to identify key strengths and areas for improvement. Through extensive community feedback and stakeholder input, we will develop a 5-year Action Plan with clear priorities, funding opportunities, and strategic partnerships designed to drive economic growth and enhance the vitality of the district. This project aims to position Old Town La Verne for sustainable success and continued community involvement.
