CSS developed an Assessment and Action Plan for Expansion of services and pro forma to provide insight as to the expansion and operations of San José's historical museum non-profit entity, History San José. This deep analysis and feasibility study plan allowed the non-profit to formally work with the property owner and city to expand operations to downtown San José and activate space while providing education and a social gathering place for events.
