Following its recent rebrand to East Village San José, the district has prioritized clean and safe initiatives, along with community events and activations. In partnership with the Office of Economic Development & Cultural Affairs, our firm played a key role in strengthening the district’s organizational foundation. We devised a comprehensive outreach strategy, helped establish the board of directors, filed for non-profit status, and worked to increase the organization’s overall capacity.

In addition, we implemented a targeted marketing plan and developed valuable relationships with new partners to unlock further opportunities for the district. These efforts are helping to shape a vibrant, connected East Village, ensuring long-term growth and a thriving community atmosphere.
