This project centers on a vibrant cultural district on the Eastside of San José, where we worked to strengthen the association's efforts in beautification, cleanliness, and community safety. By partnering with local artists and the Downtown Streets Team, we helped enhance the district's capacity to create meaningful and visible impact.

In collaboration with the Office of Economic Development & Cultural Affairs, we developed a comprehensive outreach strategy and played a key role in formalizing the organization's structure by building a strong board of directors and securing non-profit status. These steps laid the foundation for long-term sustainability and growth.

Additionally, we implemented a targeted marketing plan to elevate the district's visibility and fostered relationships with new partners to leverage further opportunities. Our work supported the district in advancing its cultural and community goals, positioning it as a thriving and dynamic part of the city.
